Galettes Are Our Family's Legacy
The treat you're holding in your hands comes from generations of bakers in Belgium who perfected our family recipe over years of serving our community.
Georgette's Galettes, named after my mother, is our way of sharing our family's legacy with you through what we hope is your new favorite treat.
Our Treats
Perfected Over Generations
While our galettes were a staple in Belgium, they are a rare delicacy here in the States.
From our headquarters in Billings, Montana, we have continued to add to our menu and bring new flavors to our community.
We welcome you to try our family's original galette, and venture into some of the more familiar flavors like caramel, raspberry and huckleberry. More products coming soon.
We use only the best ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors. We import Belgium pearl sugar which gives it that surprising crunch, and source all of our flour and eggs from the great state of Montana.
