Georgette’s Galettes are best served room temperature. They are best consumed within a week but can be refrigerated or frozen to extend shelf life. Heating them is not recommended as this tends to remove any moisture and they become hard. If this occurs not all is lost, you simply have to resort to dunking them in your favorite hot beverage or milk. Enjoy.
